Should you have to cancel, the following terms will apply:
- Deposits are non-refundable, unless iPAVE cancels the group trip;
- Cancellation(s) made by October 1, 2016 will be refunded minus the deposit and any other fees, surcharges, or nonrefundable deposits paid by iPAVE on behalf of the traveler;
- Cancellations made after October 1, 2016, will be refunded minus the deposit and any other fees, surcharges, or nonrefundable deposits paid by iPAVE on behalf of the traveler. Additionally, a cancellation fee of $30% of total trip will be charged;
- Cancellations made on or after November 1 will result in 100% forfeiture of entire trip amount.
